Prebuilt Configuration
Once Kivo Search is installed and activated, you are ready to go. All you need to do is add search textbox using block editor and it will work.
Basic Settings
Navigate to Kivo Search Settings:
- In your WordPress admin dashboard, navigate to WooCommerce > Kivo Search.
Select Search Type:
- Choose from multiple search types:
- JavaScript Search: Ideal for small catalogs (< 50 products).
- Inverted Index Search: Handles up to 50,000 products.
- WordPress Search: Basic server-side search.
- Kivo Smart Algo Search: Advanced search with fuzzy matching and synonym handling.
- AI Search: Fetches results from AI systems (OpenAI or Google AI) when no exact matches are found.
- Choose from multiple search types:
Customize Display:
- Choose from multiple design options to integrate Kivo Search into your theme.
- Modify result display styles to match your brand aesthetics.
Save Changes and Test:
- After configuration, test the search bar on the frontend to ensure it meets your expectations.
